ABOUT DAKSHESH ENERGY
We are a group of self-driven individuals who are motivated to provide the most efficient, cost effective and well designed clean power technologies to our customers. Clean energy, be it solar, wind, energy storage or EVs, has research being carried in many different areas and the key contributor to success would be in choosing the right technology , and that which is suitable from a long term perspective. We boast at being experts in doing just this since our technical team spends a significant time in researching latest developments. We add intelligence to whatever we do rather than merely following trends and this really sets us apart. Our team of highly competent engineers has proven itself in the past on various projects and will strive to do so in the future.
OUR STORY
We started Dakshesh Energy in the year 2013 with an aim of bringing innovative thinking and technical expertise into clean energy in India. Our founder comes from years of hands-on experience in solar module manufacturing and power plant construction. We spent our initial years designing and setting up off-grid solar roof top power plants while also designing MW scale solar power plants. Later on, we provided consulting to reputed firms in India and abroad on micro-grid power systems for remote islands. Currently, we are spending our efforts in developing technical software that makes design, performance forecasting and maintenance of solar power plants more intelligence and easier. We are also in the process of setting up a state-of-the-art lab to conduct various experiments on solar modules, energy storage technologies and battery management systems.

Seshadri Akella
Managing Director
He holds a B.Tech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IIT-Kanpur) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He has varied experience of over 30 years in engineering, project management, project development and operations having worked with large Indian organizations and MNCs (such as GMR, Kvaerner John Brown, Ingersoll Rand) and a few start-up ventures during his career. He has handled several complex projects in private and PPP mode in the Power, Oil and Gas, transportation and renewable energy sectors with some of the projects costing over 200 million USD.
Currently, he is a self-styled entrepreneur with a keen interest and passion in offering technologically innovative solutions in the renewable energy sector. He has been studying the solar photo-voltaic sector in great detail over the last four years, trying to understand the value chain starting from the various manufacturing processes of poly-silicon to wafers to cells to modules and the possible quality issues that could crop up despite the claims from various players in the market. He has been associated as a Director of a firm in setting up of a 55 MW State-of-the-Art solar PV module manufacturing unit right from the concept stage to the operational stage. He was instrumental in obtaining the necessary international certifications from UL and IEC for the modules.

Navin Kumar Sinha

He holds a B.Tech degree from IIT Kanpur, served a few years in IBM and other renowned firms, before founding his own firm specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and technical algorithm development. He has a reputed MNC client list.
Sowmya Akella
Technical Consultant
She holds a B.Tech degree from NITK, Surathkal in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Masters in Power Electronics from University of Colorado Boulder, USA
She interned at Analog Devices, CA, where she was part of the team that designed and simulated DC-DC Converter ICs.
She is currently with a firm which designs and supplies specialized Electric Buses and Trucks, in the Bay Area, California.
